I have an MsC in Computer Engineering and a PhD in Physics. I have worked in private companies and Research Institutes. I have built and designed software architectures, led technical implementations of large scale systems and developed scientific software. I joined the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in 2014 where I build algorithms to analyse Neutron Scattering Data and develop Responsive Web Design applications to view and interpret those data.

I have a large interest in applying software engineering practices to the scientific software development. I am python advocate for scientific software development and part of the SciPy community.
